Discord Chat Analyzer ("the Service") is a web application that analyzes Discord chat messages to provide insights about communication patterns, user personalities, and group dynamics. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate entertaining and informative analyses.

Important: All analysis results are AI-generated content intended for entertainment purposes and should not be considered factual assessments of individuals or relationships.

By using this Service, you agree to:

• Obtain proper authorization: Only analyze messages from Discord servers where you are an administrator or have explicit permission from server administrators.
• Respect user consent: Obtain consent from all users whose messages will be analyzed, as required by our consent system.
• Comply with Discord's Terms: Ensure your use of this Service complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Terms of Service.
• Age requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.
• Responsible sharing: Use analysis results responsibly and consider the privacy and feelings of others before sharing results.

Pricing

The Service uses a tiered pricing model based on the amount of content analyzed:

• Small analyses (up to 200,000 characters): $5.00
• Medium analyses (200,001 - 500,000 characters): $10.00
• Large analyses (500,001+ characters): $15.00

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Technical failure: If our system fails to generate an analysis due to technical issues, you will receive a full refund.
• Processing errors: If the analysis contains obvious errors due to our system malfunction, we will provide a refund or re-run the analysis.
• Service unavailability: If our service is unavailable for extended periods preventing analysis completion.

Refund exclusions: Refunds are not provided for:

• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (as results are inherently subjective)
• Changes of mind after successful analysis completion
• User error in message selection or filtering

The AI-generated content:

• Should not be considered accurate psychological or personality assessments
• May contain biases, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations
• Is based on limited data (chat messages) and cannot reflect the full complexity of human personality
• Should not be used to make important decisions about relationships, employment, or other significant matters
• May not reflect the true thoughts, feelings, or characteristics of analyzed individuals

By using this Service, you acknowledge that you understand the limitations of AI-generated content and agree not to treat the results as factual assessments of real people.

We strive to maintain high service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues with third-party services (Discord API, OpenAI API)
• Server maintenance or upgrades
• Unexpected outages

Rate Limits: The Service is subject to rate limits from Discord and OpenAI APIs. During high usage periods, you may experience delays in processing.

Data Retention: Analysis results are stored for your access, but we reserve the right to delete inactive data after reasonable notice. We recommend exporting important results for your records.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discord Chat Analyzer and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service
• Reliance on AI-generated content for important decisions
• Privacy breaches resulting from misuse of analysis results
• Issues arising from third-party services (Discord, OpenAI)

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific analysis in question.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Discord Chat Analyzer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Terms Updates: We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through:

• Email notification to registered users
• Prominent notice on the Service website
• Updated "Last Modified" date on this page

Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
